minimalmagnolia Hi there, the sweater I received is not brand new and has a hole in the back. There are fake tan stain on the inside :/ Can you please advise?

iryna_sydorchuk @minimalmagnolia the cardigan was worn 1-2 times, photos are attached and it is clear that there is a stain on the back... you received the cardigan 2 or 3 weeks ago... and only now wrote and did not send it back immediately We can do discounts 1.99$

minimalmagnolia Hi there, thanks for the reply. It took you a full week to ship this order out and by that time I was in Europe, I reached out asking if you could ship on January 5th and never heard back. I returned for Europe and unboxed the sweater to find it in that condition. You wrote “brand new” in the description which this certainly is not. It has a hole and stains. Very disappointing.
