Shichi-go-san 7-5-3 Japanese coming of age ceremony kit sandals omamori amulet

This is an adorable kit that is traditionally given to little girls at the ages of three or seven for a Japanese rate of passage festival day that is held annually on November 15. It celebrates the growth and well-being of young children.  I have to be honest, I use these bags as little purses all the time, and I keep the amulets and use them to decorate little shrines around my house or to adorn my Christmas tree.  if my feet were small enough, I would wear the sandals too ha ha
