You have to see it to appreciate it. This skirt has a beautiful vibrant floral print. The fabric has a slight ribbed texture. The front has a full zipper and button closure on the inside. One of my favorite details is the O ring zipper pull. It has an elastic waistband and the fabric has stretch. Fully lined. New with tags.
