Folklor trinket box Handcrafted in Poland Wood with carved medallion on the top and a lace design on the sides Medallion is an 8 petal flower with a red dot center and 8 white dots surrounding Box is stained green Opens on a hinge. Polish, Folklor trinket box. 3-7/8″ x 3-7/8″ and 2″ tall, it is made of wood with a carved medallion on the top and carved hearts resembling lace on the sides. It appears to have a green stain rather than simply painted green. Or maybe they used tinned paint for the effect. The medallion on the top has a red dot in the center and white dots surrounding it. The petals are dark green with lighter green in the centers. The box is hinged and works smoothly and tightly. Cute for Christmas 🎄
