Rose can you wear this ? Wondering for mom over tops but she is tiny. Maybe too long she is only about 5’1. Is this one 28 ?

@eileen_caper it’s oversized on me but nice that it is shorter at the front but longer at the back. The sleeves are quite long though. Might be too big. I would do 50% off on this one in a bundle :)
