absolutely gorgeous and unique 90s sequined mini dress with tulle skirt and bow detail. top part has some boning and is stretchy so could def fit a little bit bigger than the measurements. would be great for new years, a cute little wedding cocktail dress, or any formal event. such a darling and feminine piece. sad to part with this but sadly need the money. brand is fiesta bust 12” waist 10” hips 14” length 25”
