Triple Aught Design FAST EDC Pack Prototype (Version 2) in gray ballistic nylon with black MOLLE. I purchased this pack over 12 years ago directly from TAD at their 3rd Street Sale, which was their one-day, in-store sale of overstocked merchandise, prototype samples, and discontinued items. This pack is a one-off prototype made of ballistic nylon. The regular packs were made in 1000D Cordura. This pack features two zippered side pockets, two zippered flashlight cave pockets, an outer zippered pocket under the transporter tail, a zippered accessory pocket with slots, a zippered main pocket, a separate zippered compartment for a hydration bladder, a hydration tube routing slot, gear loops (for adzes, axes, etc…), outer compression straps, an adjustable waist belt, two hanging loops (for carabiners) on the belt, YKK zippers with black reflective pulls with polymer tabs, Fastex buckles and attachments, and an internal polymer frame sheet. Additional bonuses are the two GITD Terminator Skull ranger eye patches, the TAD QR code patch, and a matching ballistic nylon accessory pouch (only one was available at the time of purchase; the other was already purchased by another customer). Note: this pack was previously sold and returned to me by the buyer, who questioned the authenticity of the pack as the interior label has been cut out. The original owner of TAD never sold prototype samples with TAD labels. I can only assure you this is an actual TAD product; an alicorn of sorts. 🦄🪽
