EUC, deep olive colored ruffle button down sleeveless blouse. Shoulders are definitely accentuated with this lovely cut. Buttons are same color as blouse. 97% polyester, 3% spandex. The fabric is thicker than a typical polyester and lays really well. This has a layer beneath it that helps with the drape.
