rmontigo @ssalazar2007 Thank you so much for the measurements and photo. Since I buy petite most of my coats, etc. are 17” from armpit. Can the cuff be folded up any higher or is it fastened? Sorry for the extra questions - much appreciated!

ssalazar2007 @rmontigo no worries! The first cuff, what you see on the photos is seen. You could fold it one more time the same width as the sewn cuff and it then measures 16 inches.
