Elie Tahari pencil skirt "Penelope", size 0, navy. Worn once and dry cleaned. Like new, excellent condition. Selling because the skirt is too tight for me. I would say it's true to size. When I purchased it I was 115 lbs (5.4). Very high quality. Looks great on. Doesn't wrinkle much. I have a new with tags, never worn matching suit jacket in a separate listing. I also have the same skirt in black, same size. Same situation, worn once, dry cleaned.
