Adorable and charming top from Tiny. Black with white polka dots, v-neck, sleeve length is just above the elbow. Back elastic ruching around waist for a super flattering fit. Ruching detail on shoulders. Front bodice is a soft woven fabric that drapes nicely, back of garment and sleeves are knit. Approximately 22.5”L, 22” pit to pit. Worn once and in perfect condition!
