Vintage 80s Skirt Blossom Rosen White embroidery size 6

This skirt is lined and has cute embroidered shoes along the waistband. Elastic back waist with button closure. There are several spots on the back of this skirt. since it is dry clean only, I am leaving them for the buyer to try to remove. I did not want to cause any unnecessary damage. measurements are included in the pictures
