Vintage Faux Turquoise Detailed Cross Pendant

Pretty faux turquoise detailed cross set in a pewter type base metal. I don't know the date this was made, but I do know it's vintage as it was a relative's. No makers mark or stamp. No missing stones. Approximately 2" high and 1 3/4" wide. 0.6 oz.
