This is a lightweight wrap top from Madewell. It has 3/4 button sleeves and a pretty floral print against a black background. The v-neck has a snap closure in the center so you can close it up higher or leave it open. There is a button closure at the bottom and a tie on the left side. Size XS, the chest is approx 15.5” across and the length is about 21” so it should work perfectly with those high-rise jeans. * One small flaw: The top button on the left sleeve is missing (see pic). 100% Viscose. Dry clean recommended.
