New with Tags, with flaws. I purchased this at Macys for a Kentucky Derby party, but wound up getting Covid just before. Would also be great for prom! It’s never been worn, but it was purchased off the rack—and has a couple light makeup stains on the inside and a few light spots near the feet from being tried on (most people will probably have this part cut off during alterations anyway but mentioning for those who love sky-high heels like me.) see pics for approximate measurements and flaws.
