SHADE 13 is for medium skin with neutral undertones. I also have one of Shade 15. I use one under my eyes and one on my face. If you buy two I will charge shipping for just one. The box is a little beat up and the end of the pencil is marked but the pencil is fine/never used and have been in a cool dark, protected place.
