LOUIS VUITTON SPEEDY 40 Vintage Circa February “87 Made in France! Gift gift

This bag is a testament as to why Louis Vuitton vintage bags are so in demand. This is also proof as to why their prices are justified, not just because of the name but mainly because of the quality of the bags they make. For a 34 year old bag, this bag is still in great condition. No rips or cracks on canvas or exposed piping. Vachetta shows discoloration and fade from normal wear but no obvious tear or cracks. Handles have darkened patina which are supposed be a signature of the wearer. I have wrapped the handles with a Twilly/Doc Martens Shoe lace. They will arrive that way. You can untie them easily if you prefer the bag without. I will also add another bonus twilly so you can change to look. The hardware are made of real brass so of course there are a few patina here and there due to its age. I believe it is also meant to add character to the bag as it ages. The only other notable wear is the thread wear where the zipper closes as pictured. See pictures make an offer.
