Vintage Rhoda Lee '70s High Neck Ruffle Victorian Cream Blouse Union Label 12 Beautiful victorian style ruffled shirt from the '70s. Made by Rhoda Lee. Features a button front with a high neck and slightly puff sleeves. The buttons are glimmery faux round pearls with a matching set at the cuffs. The breast is ruffled lace with an airy pleated panel on the front. High neck with a stand up lace trim. Cotton polyester blend. Good vintage condition but could use a good wash. There is some yellowing around the lace. I think a nice bath would fix it up but I am not very knowledgeable about vintage fabrics so would rather leave that up to the new owner.
