If you want a perfect Vixen dress, this is not it. This dress has seen better days, so if you don’t mind imperfections or want a dye job then this is the dress for you. I do my best to accurately describe all flaws, staining on inside of neck, and outside lapel of collar, staining and sweat marks under arms. Some markings on chest and waist. Some light discoloration on front of skirt right under waist. And some stress on seams. Zipper gets stuck at waist seam, but if you keep it zipped halfway when putting it on the rest of it zips just fine. This dress does NOt come with the belt. While there are several flaws this dress is perfect for layering! Functional top buttons, back zipper and two spacious pockets. This dress has minimal stretch. Bust: 44” Waist: 38”
