Reposhing this item I purchased from @jh887013. From the previous listing, "Worn ONCE. Bought from poshmark with tags on. Armpit to armpit is 17 inches laid out (see photo) and 16 inches for the waist. The dress does have some stretch though! I can stretch the fabric tighter to then be another inch."
