Eliza J Black sequin dress with flattering ruching and cross over neckline size 14. NWT. Black attached lining. This dress is the perfect black dress for all occasions with many flattering and slimming details. Measurements 16 inch waist Sleeve is 24.5 Length from top of back zipper is 38.5 Dress does have stretch. The wrap part of the top front does not have a closure but if you are busty you could easily safety pin or add a hook and eye closure (FYI). I have to do that to many of my dresses.
