I bought this a long time ago and it’s adorable but it’s a tad too tight. Betsey tends to cut her clothes small so I’d say the size M here is commensurate with a 4-6. The color is darker than in the photos and the dress has an empire waist and piping. A treasure I’m sorry to part with.
