This is another gorgeous ring designed by Michael Vallitutti for his Gems En Vogue collection. The total carat weight is 4.3 carats. The cameo was handcarved in one piece by master artisans in Italy. Each ring is different from another because of the unique color of the shells. The cameo may be the focus of the ring, but if you look at the shank of this ring, there are intricate details designed along the sides and framing the centerpiece. This ring is made of palladium sterling silver and 18k rose gold framing. There's also sapphire accents that add a touch of sparkle & color. Stamped NH 925. Size 8
