Vintage 1960s 1970s Dress with Belt, Volup Blue and White, Pointed Collar

Charming vintage Mod dress circa the latest 1960s or early 1970s. Has a scooter dress feel. Navy blue bodice with decorative buttons up the top, a pointy collared neckline and long sleeves. Skirt is blue and white and has a tie belt. Label reads: None. Medium to large size I'd say. Looks and feels like a poly. Unlined. Zips up the back and has hooks and the back of the neck. Near mint vintage condition. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 42" at rest to 46" stretched Waist: 32" and can be tightened with the belt Hips: 44" to 53" Shoulder to waist: 15.5" Shoulder to bottom hem: 39" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
