Brand new with tag, never used, and purchased directly by me. NWT This is an awesome looking dress based on the character of Emily in the 2005 Tim Burton animated film Corpse Bride. The background of the dress is black with an all over print AOP with the famous wedding vows and icons such as butterflies, flower bouquets, candles and bones. The standout on the dress though is the blue chest panel designed to look like a skeletal rib cage. Under this decorative panel is a blue lace up ribbon with silver metallic loops. There are adjustable spaghetti straps, a side zipper, pockets, and a smocked panel on the back. There is an underskirt lining in blue. The bottom hem of the dress is black lace. I love Her Universe styles and own a lot of their items. I purchased this dress directly from the Her Universe website to ship to me. I opened the plastic wrap bag (each item ships individually plastic bagged in the box) and tried it on. While the dress fit comfortably and I loved the pattern, colors and style, unfortunately I felt that the way it sat (due to my larger chest size), the ribbon detail was a bit more obscured than I had hoped for.
