Vintage 1980’s Black and White gown. This is one of the most gorgeous pieces from the 1980’s in the collection. The bodice is a slightly off the shoulder, ruffled with a deep V back. The back peplum is longer and also in a V shape. The skirt is a gorgeous white textured tulle over and acetate liner. No label except a union made label. The waist bow and the red floral accent at the waist adds a gorgeous contrast to the design.
