This is a purple velour top and skirt set. The top has a deep scoop neck and princess sleeves, with velour and lace panels. The skirt also has those panels, adding texture. It's stretch, and surprisingly comfortable to wear. I recall it as being 90s, early 2ks, Hot Topic, or whatever predated it, I forget. The waist elastic has failed, but the structure is still solid and fits smoothly.
