BEWARE OF THIS ACCOUNT

BEWARE OF THIS ACCOUNT This buyer was eager to purchase an item from me. She was initially friendly in communication: “let me know when available! I can buy right now!” I listed the item available, she immediately purchased same-day. I had no issues with her initially… The item she purchased was brand new, with tags, in original packaging, never even opened) I packaged thoughtfully (as I always do) and I sent it out next day; it started tracking just a few hours later. The following day (while package is still in transit) she left a one star review and checked every box for reason (item cleanliness, ship time, description, and other) *Buyer has not even recieved the item yet* All complaints she had are unsupported and false, and made up. I attempted to comment and ask what the real issue is, but unable to because she’s blocked me and reported me to Poshmark for unknown reasons to me ? She commented on her review that she was upset with herself for spending money to purchase an item…… She chose to make a purchase and then blames me for her choices afterwards and creates false claims - Her purchasing choices are not the fault of a seller. She has created so many issues with my account at this point and for no good reason. I have reported her account to Poshmark and reached out to Poshmark support personally regarding this issue. Hopefully other sellers do not experience her. Just be aware: I wouldn’t recommend selling to this buyer @jennifergarc523 #poshmarksupport
