Possibly late 19th century or early 20th century 6 1/2” hat pin. Made of millefiori glass and rhinestones or crystals and gold-tone base metal. No hallmarks that I could find. Nice to add to start a hat pin collection. There is some patina on the pin itself but otherwise in good used condition
