Y'all, this is the cutest top! It is so light and flowy and perfect for summer. The ruffle detail on the sleeve and collar is so subtle for a perfect feminine touch but little enough to not cause a bunch of extra bulk around the shoulder area. (NO LINEBACKER LOOK, OK?!) Pair this with blue or white denim, dress it up or down...so versatile! Also, the rouched neckline is ELASTIC so you do not have to unbutton those pesky buttons to get it on. Normal wear.
