They mark under 500 to bypass authentication to send garbage (NOT CARTIER OR GOLD, $10 steel), some alter shipping label sending nothing to another address which will show as delivered to buyer. Sometimes they mark over 500 but send offers under 500 to trick buyer to thinking it'll be authenticated but it wont when under 500 even if listed over. REPORT these FRAUDS INSTEAD OF ENCOURAGING IT!
