Pretty and soft black velvet pencil skirt made in the USA and in used condition. This skirt is a size 10 and the measurements are 14 inches across the waist, 19.5 inches across the hips, and 21.5 inches from waist to hem ( all measurements taken with the garment lying flat). The skirt has two very small holes and there is some discoloration down at the hem at the back of the skirt (see photos for flaws). The flaws are not noticeable in person, but the camera captures them well. This item ships from a smoke and pet free home. Open to offers!
