NWT ICHI mini dress

NWT ICHI tiered and flowy mini dress. Super fun and flowy material. It is lined (liner is detachable!), has a great tan/pink pattern over white. There was a small snag, but it is hard to detect due to size and the dress’ pattern. Price reflects this.
