Amazing Vintage 1970’s handmade poly floor length dress. Attached tie at waist. Zipper down back. Great bell flutter sleeves. Floral print. Hand stitched hem at bottom, has about 8 inches that could be let down. Yet I don’t know if there would be an age crease in the fabric there. Has two flaws show in close ups. Looks like the fabric got snipped on side nearer to bottom. Doesn’t show too much with the busy print and the flow of the skirt. Other flaw is right on the seam on the chest and could easily be sown up. Otherwise I didn’t see any other flaws. No tags but fits like a small/medium Pit to pit: 16 1/2” Waist: 31” Length: 50 1/2”
