Vintage 70s black maxi dress with flutter sleeves, white lace trim, and an empire waist with a tie at the back to cinch. Measurements and Condition: Fits like: Extra small Fabric: Feels like polyester Brand: None Condition: Very good, with a 1/4” slit in the fabric on the lower front left of the skirt just above the hem, a couple tiny snags and pinpoint holes on the lower back of the skirt near the hem, and a tiny snag on the back of the bodice.
