Vintage 1970s Handmade Empire Waist Green Houndstooth Knit A Line Maxi Dress Unfinished Dress is unfinished, the hem isn’t done, currently it’s held together with sewing pins but needs stitched. The length can be shortened or lengthened when you finish the dress. The ties in the back are a bit too short to tie, they were previously held together with pins so I believe the original maker wanted to add a button or a stitch.
