For the love of Geisha !
Complete any traditional Japanese outfit with these fabulous zori sandals!
These Zoris look like patent leather, but they are made of vinyl. They have a beautiful chrysanthemum floral design on them which is 3D and almost look hand painted. They’re so cool. I’ve never seen ones like them!
The underside sole is a 1/8” thick hard leather.
The double strapped hanao (thong that goes between toes) has a velvety trim under the piping, and is super soft.
Traditionally, the heel sticks out from the heel, so you you don’t catch your kimono under it. And the toes don’t completely come to the tip of the shoe.
They’re really small, so please check the measurements. Zori size is the actual measurement of the base. I’m including both the insole and outsole measurements. If you already have a pair, you can compare the measurements. Please measure your foot and see how close they are to your actual foot measurement.
Unlike shoes, zori size doesn't need to be the exact match to your foot size. When your heel sits slightly over the base edge, that’s the “koiki” - meaning “cool” - fit!
Insole Length: 9”
Outsole Length: 8.5”
Width: 3”
Heel Height: 2.5”
American Size: 6 ~ ish.
Condition: Minimal scuffs, and one slight pea size indentation on left inner Zori (shown in photos). I’ll also post a video or two in the comments section.
