70’s Kelly Green Puff Sleeve Midi Dress

I would date this as late 70’s to early 80’s. She’s in great vintage condition. Minor damage pictured. This dress is so flattering with the tie neck, puff sleeves, and super stretchy shirred waist. The color is incredibly vivid. Fiber content is acrylic so she is suitable for cooler weather. Bust 34” Waist 24”-29” Length 44”
