It is! I'm so sorry, I forgot to copy the measurements into the listing. I wore it once for an event, I wear a 30DDD bra and a 29" waist and was just able to zip it up. I can take measurements of it for you by tomorrow.

@txmav411 Hi! The dress is 17.5" flat across the bust and 13" across the waist-- so 35" bust and 26" waist (I guess I was a little thinner when I wore it!) I suspect we have similar figures and it looked great on me. The waistband doesn't really stretch but the fabric across the chest does, and the drape will hide anything going on there. It's not something I'll use again but I really enjoyed wearing it. Thanks for looking!

@devonmt I am glad this is available! I hope there is enough room and stretch to handle my natural bust size. I am 5’3”, 135 lbs., 39” bust, 27” waist and 36” hips. I also wear a bra size of 30J in US sizing (30GG in UK sizing). Do you think there is enough room to accommodate my chest size? Where does the dress end up on you and how tall are you?

@txmav411 I am 4'10", I took it up 6 inches with hem tape and it was still almost floor length! I let it down again after to sell. I will get out the tape measure and look at the top again when I get home tonight and let you know if I think it will go to 39".
