70s Romper

Please see measurements as this appears to be 70-80s romper and runs quite small! I think this was a medium but it's more like an xs today. There are faint armpit stains. Some of the buttons dont match so we can assume theyve been replaced but its hard to notice unless they are pointed out! The belt could use some repair (see photo) The romper looks in crisp clean condition.
