70s Striped Dress

Vintage 70s or 80s plum and emerald green striped dress by Lisa Jo. Can't read size tag, but fits like an XS modeled on a S/M 5'5". It's too tight on my waist 😥. Waist is not elastic. Zipper down the back. 2 front pockets! Does not include belt. There's a spot on the front that you may be able to get out with proper treatment, and there's a pulled string on the back but it's barely noticeable when worn. See pics.
