70s Style Mini Dress

Dress with gold shimmer fabric and purple floral and paisley print (1970's style) for sale. Sleeve cuffs and hem are gathered elastic. Has tie at empire waist. Fabric has stretch. Tag says dry clean only, but I've washed it successfully on a delicate cycle in my machine. Purchased for a costume, looks great with my vintage jacket (last photo, see my closet for that listing). Bust = 18" flat Waist = 15" flat Shoulder to hem = 31" long
