70s VTG Velvet Embroidered Dress

How I wish this gorgeous green velvet maxi dress worked for me, but alas the bust seam was just not in the right spot for me. This dress has the most beautiful embroidered details at the neckline and cuffs, as well as POCKETS! Worn once by me (pictured) AS IS but in good vintage condition. See photos where I point out some small pin holes. There is a small hole under the arm where the skirt seam has come loose.
