70s Velvet Applique and Embroidered Skirt Sz M

This skirt is simply amazing! It has Swedish huck motifs embroidered onto it as well as velvet trim appliqued on. (Elastic waist, no kick pleat) Labeled Size 10, fits like a M Great Condition Measurements Taken Lying Flat: Waist is 12" unstretched, 17.5" stretched across. Bottom opening is 26" across, overall length is 40.5".
