70s Vintage Baby Blue Pussy Bow Dress

Vintage 60s/70s baby blue and pastel pink babydoll mini dress by JC Penney. The cutest pink & multicolor paisley trim. Pussy bow tie at neck. Buttons at bust. Elastic waist at back with tie to accentuate the waist. PERFECT condition, no flaws I could find! 100% polyester. Bought this for myself but at 5’7” I’m just too tall for the length. Would recommend for someone shorter than me size XS/S. Flat measurements not doubled: Bust- 16”-20” Waist- 13.5”-16” Hips- 21” Length- 32.5” Shoulders- 15”
