Gold tone metal mesh wrap around fastener is perfect for French cuffs. Signed with a tiny "S" in a circle - I am not familiar with this mark. Swank? - they usually used a different mark. Two tiny imperfections: one of the white rhinestones is just a wee bit darker than all the others - and one of the flippers turns more freely than the other.
