Vintage Retro Floral Ruffle Midi is an amazing printed silk crepe dress with ruffle sleeves and a small waist peplum, with a subtle cowl drape at the front neckline. Soft, vintage 70's wallpaper colors. Lovely triple pleat detail at the center back neck. Small waist belt and loops, with a lovely softly fitted silhouette. *Note: Belt was found cut, can still tie as pictured. This garment is unlabeled for size. Model is size M, we feel this would be size S.
