Beautiful & perfect condition, vintage velvet skirt. Based on the pattern and color of the fabric, I gather it's from the 70s. Waist measures 13" across (26"); length is 31". Super soft, not stiff, and has pockets. Zip and hook/eye closure in the back. Slight A-line shape, below the knee length. Smoke/odor-free.
