70's vintage white moire faille evening skirt by Jupe International. Skirt features a black and orange satin sash, two pockets, and velvet trim at the waist and hips. Size tag, please see below for measurements. Blemishes include wear on the sash and the hook and eye closures missing above the zipper. Overall, the skirt is in good condition.
