super high waisted, super leggy! brand is time and place. they're SO chic and i'd keep them if they fit me better! best for a 0-2. 25 inch waist, 12 inch rise some loose threads at the base of the fly but dont affect the integrity of the pants. hem can be let down if you're taller!
